360 Fan Refund Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Open to Australian residents only.

To be eligible, customers must purchase any fans from our direct website during the promotion period.

Customers must complete their purchase (payment approved and order confirmed) within the promotional timeframe.

One (1) order will be randomly selected each week to receive a full refund of their 360 Fan purchase.

Winners will be drawn every Monday for the previous week's purchases.

Winners will be contacted via the email address or phone number used during purchase.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of winner confirmation.

The cost of the entire order (including GST & shipping) will be refunded.

Each completed purchase counts as one entry.

Entries do not roll over week to week.

We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

This promotion is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
