The Simplicity DC ceiling fan has been designed and engineered for bedroom cooling, utilising the latest advances in DC motor technology to provide a silent motor, paired with all-weather polymer blades for reduced “whooshing” noise from the blades.
DC Motor
Class-leading DC motor technology provides exceptional energy efficiency.
Utilising the latest in DC motor technology to provide a highly efficient cooling solution, the Simplicity DC ceiling fan uses a class-leading DC motor engineered to provide high torque while consuming less power. This allows the Simplicity ceiling fan to provide effective airflow while being extremely energy efficient to operate – using only 31W (52″ model) or 15W (45″ model) on high and as little as 4W on low speed.
DC motors use pulse modulation to keep the motor turning. Essentially what this means is that it is not constantly driving the motor to spin, it does it with pulses of energy at intervals and is one of the reasons they consume less energy than AC motors.

The Simplicity DC ceiling fan’s aerodynamic blade design utilises a varying blade pitch to provide moderate airflow directly below the fan.Crafted from polymer (a high-grade ABS plastic) that helps ensure highly efficient and quiet air delivery. Each injection moulded blade is corrosion proof, UV stabilised, easy to maintain and weather resistant. This means the Simplicity’s blades will continue to look stunning for years to come.

The Simplicity DC ceiling fan includes a stylish 6-speed remote control that seamlessly integrates advanced functions into your new ceiling fan, taking convenience to a whole new level. Includes 6 fan speed settings, reversing function, light on/off and dimming support, LED colour-changing technology (CCT) and the ability to switch your fan off after 1, 4 or 8 hours.
LED Light
Sleek and stylish 18W dimmable LED light version is available
For those times you need your ceiling fan to also be a light source, a dimmable 18W LED Light model is available. Ideal for smaller spaces where additional light sources are limited, the LED light is integrated into the Simplicity DC ceiling fan to provide additional illumination for small spaces such as bedrooms, offices and media rooms. The 18W LED panel supports Colour Changing Technology (CCT) so you can switch your light temperature between Warm, Cool and Daylight modes.
