Utilising tried and true AC motor technology, the Flume ceiling fan has been designed and engineered to provide reliable and consistent cooling. Manufactured with long-life components optimised for Australian power systems, the motor uses high-quality copper windings, silicone steel stators and permanently lubricated bearings to ensure smooth, whisper-quiet cooling.
The internal motor takes advantage of a ventilated design for improved heat dissipation. By running cooler, the Flume ceiling fan reduces the heat build-up on the internal motor and electronics, ensuring longer life and performance.

The Flume ceiling fan’s aerodynamic blade design utilises a varying blade pitch to provide sweeping airflow directly below the fan. At 152cm (60 inches) in blade span, the Flume is larger than many ceiling fans and will subsequently spread its airflow across a larger area.
The Flume ceiling fan’s aerodynamic blades are crafted from polymer (a high-grade ABS plastic) that helps ensure highly efficient and quiet air delivery. Each injection moulded blade is corrosion proof, UV stabilised, easy to maintain and weather resistant. This means the Flume’s blades will continue to look stunning for years to come.
