Information we’ll need from you

In order to offer you aftersales warranty support, our team will require some information from you – please ensure you have this available before starting the warranty claim process.

  • Proof of purchase (tax invoice)
  • Installing electrician’s details
  • Product model and/or name

Important:

This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects. A service fee may be charged if the fan is deemed working to specification or the problem is due to improper installation, neglect, accident, misuse, or as a result of unauthorised modification to the original product.

Please note our warranty service does not cover the cost of any special access equipment (such as scaffolding, scissor lifts, etc.). The need for or use of such equipment must be stated when booking a service call and the cost of providing, installing, and operating the special access equipment must be born by the site owner.

This is a great fan, purchased two 48” for a 60m2 loft room. They’re so quiet but very powerful and plenty of options with 8 settings, reverse and breeze cycles. Also great service from 360 as one had motor issues after installation. Called in the morning and they came out with a new one and fixed it that same day. Couldn’t ask for better service. Very happy, thank you!

Excellent after sales service from Three Sixty Fans! I had a problem with my seven year old ceiling fan not starting well and not getting up to speed. I contacted Three Sixty and the cause of the fault was diagnosed quickly and correctly. A new capacitor was despatched by mail and subsequently installed. It’s now running like new.
