Excellent quiet fan. Very suitable for far north queensland as it really shifts the air with 6 settings. Light colour can be changed as well. Remote is easy to use. Very good service and very good price.

We have it on a 2.4m sloping ceiling above our bed. Medium sized room. We only use it on lowest setting as it shifts a lot of air. An even lower setting would be ideal.
Had 3 of these installed, 1 inside, 2 on patio. They run quietly, look ok. Not the most efficient fans, to get any feel of airflow you need to run at full speed, even in the small living room.

I replaced my 3 old AC 90 watt motor 3 blade Arlec fans with the 5 blade DC 42 watt motor FlatJet fans. The new fans blow much much harder than the old fans and at less than half the power consumption. Also, there is no more noisy AC hum coming from the new fans. My wife and I are glad I bought these FlatJet ceiling fans instead of an air conditioner.
Fits nicely with a modern decor. Performs well and really lifts the room.
Not only is it high quality but the timing feature means getting to sleep is a breeze. We love it!

We recently purchased the Arumi V2 52" (132cm) Pewter/Koa 3 Blade AC Ceiling Fan and couldn't be happier. Not only is it extremely attractive, but it is exceptionally good at cooling the lounge where it is situated and draws compliments from every visitor that has seen it. Very robust construction too. Thumbs up!
We have 7 of these in our house and new renovation - 3 are quiet, and 3 sound like 50-year-old fans. They are noisy and creaky and make all sorts of noise. I definitely wouldn't recommend them and I am thinking of replacing the lot of them.

The fan is perfect for our outdoor deck. Suspended 4m above the deck the large diameter is effective in delivering gentle breeze when the sea breeze fails. The black and walnut finish makes it look like it was an original installation
A really good fan - attractive and minimalist, and has strong airflow with several different speed modes.
We bought the Tropicana fan for our master bedroom and a ‘Simplicity’ fan for our daughter’s room. If I’d known how weak the airflow was from the Tropicana, I’d have chosen 2 x Simplicity fans. I’m now considering having this uninstalled and a different one put in sadly (as it wasn’t cheap). My daughter’s fan on ‘medium’ is far stronger than this at full power, which just feels like a soft breeze (not really suitable for the hot Perth summer nights).

It worked for a week and then made a terrible noise. It was fixed and worked for another week and is back to making a terrible noise. Waiting to get it seen to for a second time. Very disappointed.
Sensor remote does not work well, sometimes nothing happens when you attempt to use, other times it will work, sometimes we can’t get it on at all even after having repositioned the receiver multiple times.

Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback. I am sorry you are having issues with your remote control. It sounds like this may actually be an issue with the handset itself, rather than the receiver positioning.
If possible, could you please try replacing the batteries in the handset and see if there is an improvement? Sometimes the batteries may be defective, and not supply enough power to the handset to transmit the signal (even though the light on the handset may turn on).

Have recently installed the Kirra black with walnut tinted 3 blade fan in our lounge. With high ceilings (3.75m) and large area (4.8 x 8.4 m) we required a high volume low speed fan and the Kirra fulfills the brief. Gentle to moderate breeze throughout the whole room is perfect for our needs. It is almost silent and is a visually stunning addition to our room. After sales support was excellent and I can highly recommend the fan
