What ceiling fans will the Bond Bridge support?

The Bond Bridge supports both AC and DC ceiling fans that are using a remote control. We have thoroughly tested and worked closely with Bond to ensure our ThreeSixty Fan’s remote controls and fans are fully supported by the Bond Bridge.

How many ceiling fans will the Bond Bridge control?

The Bond Bridge can control up to 30 ceiling fans and covers 2,500 square feet (232 square meters) for complete home coverage.

Will the Bond Bridge work with any remote-controlled ceiling fan?

The Bond Bridge is a smart device that can learn most remote control functions; we can not test all options and therefore can not guarantee that the Bond Bridge will work with remote controls outside the ThreeSixty Fan’s range.

Do I need a Voice Assistant to use Bond Bridge?

Bond Bridge provides integration with voice assistants and home automation solutions however these are optional. You can still use the Bond Home app (available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store) to control your ceiling fan.

Can I still use my remote control?

Yes, your existing remote control will still work as normal with your ceiling fan.

What are the requirements for Bond Bridge?

Bond Bridge requires a wireless network connection in your home and for your ceiling fan to have a working remote control installed.

Fans are great, can’t get the bond to work

Changed out five ac fans for new black ones. They look and perform very well. The only problem is I cannot get the bond to work. I’ll keep trying

Doesn't integrate well with Satellite Remote App or Set up Well

Have had to spend hours trying to get all of our 6 fans onto the Bond only to notice that it doesn't integrate with the Satellite app or even activate the commands selected. Have cleared the actions and re-registered commands multiple times but doesn't seem to fix the issue. Overall very disappointed with the way the Bond works...

Terrible with Siri

1) Acknowledgment of commands by siri are annoying as hell."One sec. Okay sending, commend sent." Seriously who is in charge of voice at bond? Are you using the product at all?
2) Randomly asks repeatably to approve the usage of bond with siri.
3) Support staff is clueless and asks me to "clear the cache on whatever browser the iphone app uses..." Do you own an iphone? Do you know what an app is?

1) Acknowledgement of commands by Siri is outside of Bond’s control — this is an Apple-designed feature. You have some limited control over this via Settings > Siri & Search > Siri Responses. You could try changing this to “Only with Hey Siri” and then activate Siri with the side button on your phone when you want to control devices via Bond. Otherwise, it may be worth sending your feedback to Apple for more options on how Siri interacts.
2) Again this is Apple’s more privacy-focused initiative. Is this happening when you are attempting to perform an action within Siri, or is it a pop-up?
3) As of iOS 14 you can nominate alternative default browser apps; they were most likely trying to determine which browser you have set as your default (most likely Safari). Without additional context, I’m not sure why they would be asking you to clear the Cache. It can be done via Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data, however this will by default remove your browsing history as well so it's not ideal.
I will send through your concerns and will let you know what their response is.
