[1] I understand this warranty claim only covers manufacturing defects and faults. A service fee may be charged if the fan is deemed working to specification or the problem is due to improper installation, neglect, accident, misuse, or as a result of modification to the original product.

[2] I understand that the cost for any special access equipment required to complete the warranty work will not be covered by this claim and needs to be arranged prior to the service agent visiting.
