Very nice looking fan sleek modern lines.
My only criticism is I would have liked another level of fan speed included. Highest speed is 3 could be improved with that elevated to 4.

I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with your Spitfire ceiling fan purchase. To respond to your concerns:
1. Yes, it is a large motor - this is to ensure it has sufficient power to move the 60 inch blades. AC fans typically have larger motor stacks than DC fans. I'm not sure what we can do to make this clearer through our website other than show more images.
2. All of our AC fans include wall controls as standard (as mentioned in the product name, and in the product description) with remote controls as an accessory. Our DC fans include remote controls as standard.
3. All AC ceiling fans only have 3 speeds, I'm sorry. DC ceiling fans have more speeds available. We will look into making this more obvious for future shoppers.
4. Regarding the LED light, I'm sorry you've had so many issues. The Light Kit is definitely a dimmable LED, and I'm not sure why your electrician has had issues wiring this correctly. The '3 settings' you are describing is simply how it has been wired and is not a limitation of the LED Light itself. We have sold thousands of these lights and never had issues with dimming.
If you can please email our team at support@360fans.com.au with your electrician's contact details, we can of course reach out and help get these issues resolved. We can also look into getting you a remote control so you can control your fan that way.

White wash fan

The white wash/matte white fan has blades that have a blue colour. Not expected and not reflected by the pictures from what I could see. May not be as noticeable from a very high ceiling but can definitely see it on a 2.7m ceiling.
