Specifications

IMPORTANT:
This Wall Control requires Household Active (RED) to be routed from the ceiling down to the wall where the control will be mounted.

For fans using a light:
TWO wires (BROWN and ORANGE) must be returned from the wall control back up to the ceiling where the fan is mounted.

For fans without a light:
ONE wire (BROWN) must be returned from the wall control back up to the ceiling where the fan is mounted.

Check with your installing electrician to confirm sufficient cavity space.

Warranty
The DC Wall Controller (wall control and receiver) is covered by a 12 month on-site warranty for defects and manufacturing faults. Where there is a fault or defect with the hand piece in the first 12 months, a replacement unit will be supplied which can be paired to the existing remote receiver without requiring an electrician.

Terrible aftersale service

Item was delivered very quickly but unfortunately it was faulty. Warranty claim and emailing with customer support have taken more than 3 weeks. Even when it was approved by their technician for replacement they just seized communication. I simply wanted faulty item replacement. Not happy
