Our manufacturing is subject to strict quality control and we back our ceiling fans with a plain English and comprehensive warranty. We guarantee any problem caused by a fault in your ceiling fan will be fixed quickly and with the least inconvenience to you.

In order to offer you aftersales warranty support, our team will require some information from you – please ensure you have this available before starting the warranty claim process.
- Proof of purchase (tax invoice)
- Installing electrician’s details
- Product model and/or name
Important:
This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects. A service fee may be charged if the fan is deemed working to specification or the problem is due to improper installation, neglect, accident, misuse, or as a result of unauthorised modification to the original product.
Please note our warranty service does not cover the cost of any special access equipment (such as scaffolding, scissor lifts, etc.). The need for or use of such equipment must be stated when booking a service call and the cost of providing, installing, and operating the special access equipment must be born by the site owner.
